REIcofly®
Reifenhäuser provides the gentlest solution for reversing films with high optical requirements or extremely dull and adhesive surfaces. The film reversion process is entirely contactless , with REIcofly®-Mikropore - in other words microporous guide rolls, which are operated with compressed air without an additional blower. This design makes it possible to achieve high-quality, that is randomized and films transported to the winder wrinkle-free.
REIcotherm®
Reifenhäuser has developed the REIcotherm® tolerance control system for uniform, high-quality film manufacturing with minimal use of raw material. This system reduces the process-related thickness deviations in the cross-section of the film and continuously regulates the tolerances.
This results in the following advantages for the production:

REIcoflow II®
Reifenhäuser focuses on meeting the customer demands of economic, uniform, high-quality film manufacturing with low raw material use.
The new generation of the successful air-controlled REIcoflow® series benefits from the knowledge and experience gained from this series, and achieves excellent results in tolerance control.
With the REIcoflow® tolerance control system, process-related thickness deviations in the transverse profile are reduced to a minimum by means of the air exiting at the cooling ring.
