Our lead in technology and expertise is secured by the new Reitorque generation, connecting pieces that can be exactly adjusted to the position required, dies with internal deckling, integrated embossing part, 1- to 7-layer coextrusion design, rotary arm winder with up to 1m diameter, as well as thickness measuring units.
These lines are characterised by economy, reliability and excellent quality.

Type overview
Today, two different series of chill roll casting lines are available:
- COMPACT chill roll – for small to medium production capacities, ideal dor those widhing to enter or convert to the cast film market.
- MIDEX chill roll – for medium production capacities and high-productivity lines, satisfying every requirement.
The chief applications for cast film lines cover the following single- or multi-layer products.
