Wood Polymer Composites -WPC- are future-oriented material combinations made from wood (or many other natural fibers) and plastics. They unite ecological awareness and economical efficiency.
Due to their dimensional stability, WPC can be used both for indoor and outdoor applications and as a substitute for traditional wood, plastic or even metallic materials.

BiTrudex direct extrusion technology developed and patented by REIFENHÄUSER forms the basis for your success.
Key components of this line concept are a counter-rotating twin-screw extruder (Bitruder) and a gearless single-screw extruder (REItorque) combined to form a cascade-like assembly.
This assembly enables the process of fibers with a humidity of up to 12 % at line speeds that are two or even three (!) times higher than the speeds normally achieved in the direct extrusion industry. In addition, it ensures end products of high quality.
