Reitruder RZE
Twin-screw extruder with co-rotating screws, especially suitable for manufacturing PET and with a high filling degree, from minerals to wood flour. PET is showing great growth rates on the market for soft drink and mineral water bottles. The resulting recycling material can be processed with the Reitruder without needing pre-drying sheets.

Reitorque
Thanks to their compact design, coextruders provided with Reitorque technique are especially suitable for use in multi-layer production lines. This extruder series is distinguished by the following features:

• 30 % reduction in space
• Torques of 300 to 11.000 Nm at the usual extrusion speeds 
• Low maintenance requirements and high machine operability
• Minimised noise (values below 78 dBA)
• Simple screw change, to the front or back of the extruder
   

REIcofeed II
The patented REIcofeed system offers maximum flexibility regarding various layer properties for the extrusion of advanced multi-layered composites. REIcofeed coextrusion adapters are available for the extrusion of 2 - 9 layered composites.
The dimensions of single-layered film can be adjusted during operation by means of a slider system.

ISR II
A significant reduction in change-over times for the sheet die-head has been achieved by means of Reifenhäuser's patented ISR II technology (internal slot regulation).
The sheet thickness or the size of the die gap is set by means of the flexlip in the upper die part and by means of a movable or exchangeable lip in the lower die part, across the entire discharge width of the melt.
